Dog "Excrement" Song

Well, that's the polite title anyway!

Once again, music has developed from a dog fouling experience. On this occasion, it appears that the composer, duttz52, "surfed" all the way home after a night out. I think we can all relate to that experience.

The video is also of the surf. I'm sure the composer did this as a play on words. I liked it, it reminded me of Cornwall, which has so often featured on this blog.

As ever, this music provoked some emotional reaction in me. On this occasion, it made me want to dance in the streets in several piles of faeces!

We Are Not Alone - South Poop - Fellow Campaigners!

We absolutely are not alone. I believed that this blog was fighting the world on its own. I saw a bleak future, a dark tunnel with no light, a fouled park with no clean grass! Just as I had hit the pits of despair, South Poop came along and lifted my heart. They have even featured us on their site.

If you look at their blog, it is clear that we have even sourced and published much of the same material. It appears that they discovered us on hearing me being interviewed on BBC Radio Scotland.

I feel it only right that we should make reference to their site in return.

FlamingBaguette - A Meaningful Video!

FlamingBaguette is a man after our own hearts. He has taken the trouble to make a video, which has everything in it.

It has captivating music, it has scenery, it has a hint of romance, it has a dog, it has faeces.

It left me wondering what happens next. Will there be a sequel? Will there be love or will he simply kick the faeces at the offender? Had he insured his trainers? Will the girl leave her current boyfriend for him and signify this by posting the faeces to her ex? Will they both lose control and wreck a dog bin?

I don't know the answer to any of these but I hope that the story will continue.

Enjoy this video, I know that I did!

News Shopper, Snow and Alleyways

Once again, the News Shopper has hit the nail on the head regarding dog fouling. Our thanks must, again, go to our South London/North Kent operative, Julian, for bringing these matters to our attention.

Alleyways are a constant issue. Bexley leads the way again. The footpath between Heath Way and Northumberland Way is absolutely awash! Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator for Heath Way, Claire Watts, sums it up: "We have to do the poo dance on the way to school". Mum-of-two Katie Melville, who uses a pushchair, said: "If it gets on the wheels it comes in my house". This is just the problem, which we have always emphasised!

Snow is also a real issue for us. We have seen a video below of dog fouling in the snow. Is it really an issue, which bothers people?

Ask L Williams of Biggin Hill. He likes the snow but hates dog fouling. For him, this is so serious that he asks: "where are the community police when we need them"? As we read his views I can only observe: "amen to that"!

Driveways, Snow and Dog Fouling

Here at Dog Fouling and Red Rubber Bands, we have made so many references to snow and driveways that it would not be possible to link to them all.

Sometimes, a simple video tells the whole story and we are, therefore, extremely grateful to jusminerose100 for this simple but powerful video. It says it all. It's snowing and the light is fading (another topic, which we have featured before).

A dog owner walks his/her dog along. The owner appears to have a poo bag in his/her hand but fails to clean up after the dog appears to defecate right in the middle of the entrance to the drive!

I have examined the video and can't decide if the dog merely urinates but, whatever the truth might be, this video once again shows the power of CCTV and the need to use surveillance for the right reasons!
