Now I am no stranger to political discussion. Indeed, I was a sociology student in the seventies. In those days, a discussion at a Labour Students' Group would have focused on revolution, overthrowing the system and having a sit in with a few drinks somewhere.
How times have changed! While we once had the stench of revolution in the air, the atmosphere at Hull University Labour Club is now rank with the poisonous atmosphere of dog fouling!
As the European elections loom, we can only wonder if UKIP might use some of the material on this site to point out the dangers of introducing foreign practices to the UK. That said, as we are completely apolitical at Dog Fouling and Red Rubber Bands, we will try not to care!
