Imagine you are proudly announcing your engagement when a dog fouling, smearing incident takes place directly behind you. Well, that's exactly what happens in this video. There is then the standard attempt to catch the perpetrator.
There has been a sudden explosion of smearing. I can only observe that it creates employment for dry cleaners and detergent sellers. A way around this is to smear yourself in faeces before walking your dog. It takes the sting out of the attack!
