Unbelievably, people have not been cleaning up after their dogs in the snow (see the picture from my garden below this post!).
I could not put it better than Councillor Len Wyse "Covering the waste with snow is unacceptable..".

As Britain braces itself for more arctic weather, I hope that we will all "bag it and bin it". Only then will we check on our neighbours and grit the roads.
