I recently visited my home village. How can we expect dog owners to continue being responsible when we have to tolerate lack of cleaning up activity leading to this.
Frankly, I almost wallowed in the contents!

Bloody disgrace - you should have turned the entire contents of the bin onto the pavement in protest at the councils inability to keep the streets of your village clean.
But that would adversely affect me. Please supply me with your street details and I'm sure we can reach a comprominse.
